The value for my money at 69 Manin Street was excellent. The room was well-equipped and the location was convenient, close to Roma Termini train station. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, providing a map and explaining all the facilities in the room. The complimentary drinks and pastries were a nice touch.
Breakfast choices could be more varied.

Location, 5 min walk to Termini train station
Saw cockroaches at the bath. Had the room right next to the reception and soundproofing was not good enough...

Everything was great, Especially the staff, Elisabetto and Antonio were unbelievable. From the first day of our arrival they helped us a lot for getting the train tickets, the enterance tickets for monuments and also helped us in changing our travel plan, They were really nice! The B&B was so clean and chic, We will certainly stay here if come back to rome.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel located in the heart of the city. The best part about this hotel was its close proximity to the Termini train station. It made getting around the city so easy and convenient. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and provided great service. The basic amenities in the room, including a lovely bathroom with an en-suite shower, were all well-maintained and made for a comfortable stay. Another highlight was the value for money, with prices that were very reasonable. I especially appreciated that breakfast was included, making it even more convenient for me during my stay.
All was great, no improvements necessary!

I was looking for a a reasonably priced hotel close to Termini for one night so I had easy and quick access to fco. Manin b&b fit the bill. This is also close enough to ancient Rome to walk or the Metro to access all of Rome. There are plenty of food options nearby. The hotel looked as though it was updted in the last 5 years but could benefit from some touch up and minor maintenance.

Location was convenient.
The residence needs refurbishing. The room where we stayed was advertised as a "quadruple", but in reality it was a (somewhat larger) double room with a foldable bunk bed/sofa thing which kids used. The beds were beginning to fall apart (I had to fix the support slate on one of them, and the bunk bed frame needed to be propped up once or twice). They told us that there was satellite tv, and we used it the first night. Later on the service inexplicably terminated. The cleaning staff seemed invisible, but they would come in and clean the room, but there were old stains on the bed sides and walls, which obviously weren't cleaned right originally. However they would not leave clean cups and glasses in the room. The airport pickup service was somewhat odd - they did show up but with a delay, and the communication with them wasn't perfect.

The hotel had a convenient location close to the train station and a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. the free Wi-Fi was great for keeping in touch with friends and family back home. the room was equipped with a small kitchen, which was very helpful for preparing snacks and meals during the stay.
The room looked old and poorly maintained, and the bathroom was quite dirty and smelly. the reception staff was not helpful and seemed to be in a hurry to get rid of guests.

Location is next to the termini. So that reason accessibility is suitable.
Hotel is in the apartment, first ı ring the bell, but anybody hear me. If someone couldn't open outdoor, we wouldn't enter the apartment.

During our Xmas stay, we appreciated the comfortable room and the friendly staff who greeted us with a smile every time we walked in. The location was also great, conveniently close to a train station and a variety of restaurants.
It wasn't much of a festive experience. , the bathroom was not as clean as we expected.

Great hotel, although we only needed one night the staff were lovely, the room was very comfortable - exactly what we wanted and expected. We chose the hotel for the value for money and location because we were leaving Rome by the main train station which is really close. It was central yet quiet. I have no hesitation in highly recommending 69 Manin Street to everyone.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering its prime location very close to the central train station. The proximity to the metro makes it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the staff at this hotel are very attentive and provide excellent service. They were accommodating when we arrived early for check-in and allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, which was very helpful.
Our stay at this hotel was pleasant and we did not encounter any major issues.

The staff were excellent and helpful. It was very near to the main railway station and within seconds of good restaurants as well as only a short distance from the main attractions.
The trams do come past the front door and start around 8am till about 9pm so this can be a little noisy, but we found all the other benefits outweighed this.
